Returns & Cancellations

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(30 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of mundyshops (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Furniture Return Policy
All undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in the original packaging and unused. We do not cover the return shipping fees. If any of the items arrive damaged, a damage claim must be filed within 30 days of receipt. We can either ship a specific replacement part free of charge or ship an entire new item free of charge.

Furniture Warranty
We offer a one year limited warranty for all our furniture items. If an item gets damaged from regular use, please file a damage claim by contacting us at support@mundyshops.com. Additionally, we will need to be provided with exact information of how the damage occurred so that we can determine if it is covered under the warranty.

Mattress Return Policy
Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.

Special Returns:
JVC: No returns for credit on color television, DVD/BluRay/VCR or camcorder.

Nintendo: 
Nintendo Consoles -  Defective return window is 30 days from original invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing.

Nintendo Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 30 days from date of invoice. All software and accessories must be returned for replacement of same product only. No credit.

Panasonic CE: No returns for credit on video, DVD/BluRay/VCR, LCD, plasma, color television, fax or camcorders.

PlayStation: 
PlayStation Consoles - Defective return window is 30 days from original invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing.

PlayStation Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 30 days from date of invoice. All software and accessories must be returned for replacement of same product only. No credit.

Samsung CE: No returns for credit on TV, DVD/BluRay/VCR, Home Theater.

ViewSonic: Returns limited to 30 days. Absolutely no exceptions. Serial number required.

Xbox: 
Xbox Consoles - Defective return window is 30 days from original invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord, original box and packing.

Xbox Live - Defective return policy is 30 days from date of invoice. Xbox needs the subscription code to remove it from their system. All Xbox Live product must include DVD folder with visible subscription code, Xbox live communicator, and original box.

Xbox Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 30 days from date of invoice. All software and accessories must be returned for same product replacement only. No credit.

Our satisfaction guarantee is to offer the best solution for your situation.

Products can be returned within 30 days for any reason.
If a product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Important: Accepting returns are subject to the following:

Do not write or mark the packaging, contents or registration warranty cards.
Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 30 days.
You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Keep all products in new condition.
Do not remove UPC codes. (We can not accept boxes without UPC codes)
Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging in "like-new condition" and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.

If I'm not satisfied with a product, how do I return it?

1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and provide us with the following information:

Your order number
A very brief description of why you wish to return the product
How you would like to proceed - for example, would you like credit, or a different product?
A service professional will email you a return authorization form, and specific instructions to follow.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return a non-defective product.
Save any tracking information
What if the product is defective?

If you notify us of any defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product title, provided there is still stock.
Keep all original packaging as you received it.
Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging in "like new condition", and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
What if there is a discrepancy with the order? If you find any discrepancies with your order, please contact us right away .

Can I just send it back without contacting you? No. We are here to help, but we can not correct a situation we know nothing about. Please contact us and one of our service professionals will contact you to work out a solution. We will reject products returned to us without authorization.

Baby Bedding or Products Returns:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all My Baby Sam products. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you may send it back to us within 14 days in it's original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping for returned items.

Jewelry Returns:
We are happy to replace a defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days from the date of your order. Please email us at support@mundyshops.com. Claims for missing merchandise must be made within 10 days.

Damaged or Defective Orders
Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures, emailed to support@mundyshops.com . Once we have this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.

Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
